GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING YOUR BOOK PROJECT
FOR CONSIDERATION BY FEARLESS LITERARY AND

Besides helping many writers improve their manuscripts and publish independently, Fearless Literary develops a limited number of projects for direct representation to publishers. Early in 2023, Fearless became an affiliate of the Linda Chester Literary Agency. We currently specialize in nonfiction, in the fields of contemporary spirituality, human potential, health & fitness, and the arts. Fiction projects will be considered, however. Our client base, publisher contacts, and subject matter are growing steadily. Following are our requirements for author submissions.
NONFICTION
Nonfiction projects must be submitted in the form of a complete, professionally prepared proposal in Word or PDF format, OR an e-mail query previewing a proposal, sent to info(at)fearlessbooks.com. Please include the word "QUERY" in the subject line. For information about preparing proposals, see our services listed on the Manuscripts page.
FICTION
Fiction must be queried with a cover letter, synopsis, and sample chapter submitted via e-mail to info(at)fearlessbooks.com. Please include the word "SUBMISSION" in the subject line.The sample chapter may be sent as a Word attachment or in the body of the e-mail. We do not currently consider submissions in the romance, fantasy, thriller, or sci-fi genres.
ASSESSMENTS, EDITING,
AND PUBLISHING ASSISTANCE
Because of the number of submissions received, it is not possible to provide substantial feedback on queries, proposals, or manuscripts that we do not take on for representation. However, we do provide professional assessments and editing of work in progress in our Manuscripts service, and can assist authors with independent publication via our Assisted Publishing program.
